Winston Churchill: the price of greatness is responsibility

Water, how bulletproof it is?

1. Nobody can destroy water by shooting, blowing or set it on fire.
2. Anyone can shoot water with any gun and fail to hit the target at the few feet away.
3. High velocity projectile regardless of weight or capabilities doesn’t penetrate water beyond a few feet without being ripped apart.
4. However, the technologically limited civilisation is unable effectively use all water’s fluid nature.
5. There are some substitutes that mimic water’s ability to stop or significantly slow projectiles, but all of them end up destroyed after repeated impacts.
6. There is nothing self-heal like water, thank you H20 existing.
So, what is stronger than water?
